Like the Intex round metal frame pools, the liners in Intex’s rectangular pools are made of super-tough side walls comprised of three separate layers for added strength. The two outer layers of heavy duty PVC are bonded to an inner layer of strong polyester mesh to provide the optimum blend of strength and flexibility. This design, with its unique shape, means it’s stronger than traditional round metal frame pools. The Ultra Frame™ Pool is easier to assemble and the new shape allows the pieces to fit together so smoothly and securely that no separate locking pins are needed.
